Dan Licensee Dan took over from his Dad, Bob, in November 2006 when he sadly passed away. At that time he had just finished studying at Manchester University and decided to do everything he could to keep the pub running the way it always did under his Dad, whilst implementing a few subtle changes - such as the wine list. He is very open to suggestions so if you have an idea feel free to speak to him, but Dan is a natural procrastinator, so don't be afraid to nag if he doesn't get it done. When Dan isn't behind (or in front) of the bar he is creating websites! |

Steve Manager Steve is the face of the pub! He has been the manager since 2004 after accepting the job from Bob and leaving the NHS. During his reign of terror over staff and customers, Steve has maintained the image and ambiance of the pub to a high standard by always keeping a watchful eye over everything and everyone! Steve has organised many a trip and outing from the pub, whether it be golfing or gambling, he likes to keep everyone happy and entertained. |

Emma Bar Staff Emma is Dan's girlfriend and lives in the pub with Dan. Since her and Dan's arrival she has been shown the ropes and is now a fully fledged member of staff. Aside from her shifts in the pub Emma is current in training to become a teacher, brave girl! |

Fi Bar Staff Fi is your bubbly barmaid on Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights. She has been working at The Woolpack for over 6 years now and throughout this time has made many a friend from her "antics" - rather famous for falling asleep in a corner after a long night! Fi organises and runs the annual Ladies Race Day which has been a great success for the last few years raising a large sum of money for Kirkwood Hospice. |

Sue Bar Staff Since starting a new full time job, Sue has taken a bit of a back seat but she still works Sunday nights and band days. She is currently the longest serving member of staff at The Woolpack and this shows with her great confidence behind the bar and many friends. |

Catherine Bar Staff Catherine is the younger sister of Dan's friend so she has always been there or there about when it comes to the pub. She has great experience working behind the bar as she recently left a position as Assistant Manager at another local establishment. She is currently running the Friday shift with Emma and working Saturday and Thursday days. |

Angie Bar Staff Replacing Janice on a quiz night must have been a daunting role for Angie, but she has taken to it really well. Angie has always been a regular in the pub and she continues to be so, even though she has to put up with Dan and Steve dragging her back behind the bar when it's busy! |

Zac Bar Staff Zac became somewhat of a saviour when we had a staff crisis back in early 2008. At 18 he became the baby of the team but found his feet very quickly. He is now a regular to the Friday night shift and band days. Apart from working at The Woolpack, Zac is an apprentice IT technician. |

Laura B Hygiene Consultant Ever wondered why the pub is so spotless? Well it's Laura, she is the one who makes sure any mess you leave is gone before you return! Laura has been at The Woolpack since the summer of 2007 and she is working here while she studies orthopedic nursing. |

Evey Security Our resident guard dog is Evey - Dan and Emma's baby girl! Evey joined the pub in May 2007 as a confident little puppy, and not much has changed! She will great all customers with a friendly hello and is always up for a good belly tickle and a game of fetch! |
